The Kappa
The Kappa is a type of water sprite found in japanese folklore. They inhabit the ponds and rivers of japan. They are frequently blamed for drownings. They lure people to the waters edge then pull them in. My design is about a Kappa that escapes the pond and tries to live among us in alleyways, water filled dumpster and urban koi ponds.
